Mike Nasir - President
Mike Nasir has 20 years of experience in the professional technical staffing, outsourcing and program management arena. Mike began his career with Technical Engineering Consultants in 1986, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Later that year he opened TEC's first office in the Milwaukee area. He built relationships with automotive proving grounds and manufacturing plants providing technical consulting services. In 1989, Mike joined Modern Engineering, in Warren, Michigan, a division of the CDI Corporation. He immediately moved to and opened the technical staffing office for Modern Engineering in Arizona to support the numerous transportation test sites located in Arizona and California and became President of Modern Solutions upon its spin-off from Modern Engineering. He has worked with Toyota, Harley-Davidson, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler, Daimler Chrysler, Nissan, Jaguar, Range Rover, and Lotus, as well as many Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. Margarete Hughes has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry working at General Motors, Saturn and Allison Transmission in a wide range of technical and service support roles before moving over to work with Modern. Her experience supporting these companies directly, and other major automotive manufacturers subsequently, has allowed her to gain expert insight into a broad spectrum of project management activities together with their associated human resource and staffing support requirements. Her ability to understand the business goals of a project, gauge the level of complexity required to implement it, mobilize qualified resources to achieve it and then manage them for success provides clients with a level of confidence and flexibility unsurpassed in the industry.
Tony Bamber, President, Ashwater Management Group LLC, a management consultancy firm operating in the U.S. and the U.K, has over 30 years of managerial, financial and operating experience in both the service and the manufacturing sectors. In various capacities, including Chief Financial Officer for units of multi-national companies such as Siemens AG, Intel Corp and the Zurich Insurance Group, as well as in his roles as President of Intelligent Information Systems Inc. and Modern Engineering, Inc. his track record is one of creating start up businesses, restructuring organizations for productivity and growth and engineering and executing turn around plans returning distressed businesses to profitability. Educated at the London School of Economics, University of London, Tony holds a B.Sc. in Economics and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
Misty Cyr brings a 10 year focus in the customer service management field. Across a range of service sectors including financial services, transportation industries, and hospitality, Misty has experience in both back and front office functions, including sales, finance, employee relations and customer support. A solutions oriented approach, a can do attitude and an in depth command of what it takes to achieve the goal, ensure that our customers and our employees receive professional, responsive and knowledgeable support. Misty's responsibilities include customer support, employee relations, co-coordinating company policies and processes, safety improvement programs and tailoring the individual relationships we provide for our clients to their needs. As well as providing these services for Modern Solutions, Misty has held similar positions with Bank of America, and Chase Bank.
